Hotel managers

Hotel managers can access TouristWay's administration area with limited permissions in order to update information about their property including availabilty and rates. They can also check the reservations received through your portal and confirm or decline the ones marked "on request".

Vertical portals

You can purchase additional graphic profiles to create multiple sales channels with a centralized catalogue and booking administration. Each graphic profile has completely independent configuration, policies and graphic design but can share a segment or all products with the others.

Manage

Your booking supervisors can anytime amend reservations through a friendly interface that gives them access in a single page to all relevant details: customer, affiliate, passenger list, confirmation status, suppliers and many kind of notes. Offline and online payments are supported and you can use our widgets to connect to any payment gateway.

Communicate

Touristway thoroughly inform your customers about the progress of their reservation by email. Vouchers and travel notes get created automatically and are always available in the customer's area. Supervisor can add notes to the vouchers to include last-minute information or adjust the standard descriptions.

Your layout and graphics

TouristWay interface is entirely based on HTML template you can easily access and modify without restrictions. TouristWay SDK is a high-level markup language you can use to place the output of our booking engine wherever you want thereby creating any arrangement of features.

Smooth configuration

You don't necessarily need to be a web-design guru to adjust most details in TouristWay. All versions include a webmaster area where you can configure languages, translations, booking management policies, emails text and supported payments.

An all-mighty API

TouristWay architecture is based on components that we developed to create indipendent units for specific booking-related task. You can combine components at your convenience in the existing pages or new ones to implement any design or navigation model. API componenent can be also called from your applications to exploit the endless options of interacting with TouristWay framework.

Availability

Once the inventory of the available accommodation, transport and services is entered in the catalogue, TouristWay take care of all the procedures that guarantee a consistent management of your offer's availability: options(locks) and confirmations are automatically triggered by booking advancements while actual availability can be controlled via an extensive set of constraints (minimum stay, arrival/departure days, allowed accommodations, etc.)

Dynamic packaging

Your customers can go for prepared packages that automatically combines services according to the program you prepared for them or create their own holiday itinerary by assembling into their self-made travels their choice for transport, accommodation and whatever else you sell.

Fees and discounts

TouristWay substantially helps you and your customers handling the often-tricky nuances of discounts and promotions. You can define in detail the conditions that trigger specific offers or extra charges and have them automatically applyed when appropriate. Reservation fees follow the same model but add to the entire reservation a fixed amount or a percentage.
